Using the Proposal Summary Page and Document Table
The Proposal Summary tab in ETB Developer provides a high-level overview of all designs included in a proposal. This feature helps users compare key metrics across designs in a single, structured view.
Table Structure
- Each column represents a design within a proposal.
- Each row displays a specific category of information.
This layout allows for quick comparison of multiple designs without needing to open each one individually.
What the Table includes
The table summarizes the following information for each design:
- Project Cost & Incentives
- PV & ESS Details
- Electric Bill Savings
- Transaction Information
Transactions
Only one transaction is shown per design at a time. If a design includes multiple transactions:
- On the Proposal Summary page, you can switch between them using the transaction name dropdown in the table.
- In the Proposal Summary document table (used in Web and PDF proposals), the first transaction listed in the design is always used by convention.
To control which transaction appears in the document:
- Open the design’s transaction list.
- Drag and drop to reorder the transactions.
- The top-most transaction will be shown in the document summary table.
Document Integration
A document template is available that includes the Proposal Summary table. This document reflects the same structure and transaction order as the in-app tab and is useful for sharing summaries externally.
