Imperial Irrigation District Bill Rate Codes
- Where is the rate name found on Imperial Irrigation District (IID) bills?
- The electric rate name is found in the top right corner of the bills above the meter reading results section:
- Why are ETB’s rate names different from the bills?
- Our rate names follow the same naming convention as the utility’s official rate tariff documents. Sometimes utilities use a short-hand rate code name for bills instead of the rate name found in the tariff. This discrepancy can cause confusion when using a bill to find the rate in ETB which is why additional rate name information can be found in the notes section within a rate in ETB:
- How else can I determine what rate to select?
- Another way to determine what rate to select is to compare the customer charge found on the bill to the customer charge found in an ETB rate. Customer charges are usually specific to each rate schedule and can serve as a quick way to check that the rates match.
- In addition to this, our utility rates team created the following table with the rate tariff names along with the corresponding rate names found on bills to further aid our users in selecting the correct rate:
| ETB & Tariff | Bill |
| “D” (Residential Service) | EL_RES |
| “GS” (General Service) | EL_SM_COM |
| “GL” (Large General Service) | EL_LG_COM |
| “PA” (Agricultural Pumping Service) | EL_AGRI |
