Who can contact Energy Toolbase with technical support questions on my account?
Our goal at Energy Toolbase is to provide the highest level of support and service in the industry, at a reasonable price. In order to onboard, train, and support all of our users in a timely fashion, we require that all support requests come directly from current, active, named users on the account. Companies can increase the number of users on their ETB account by increasing their subscription, via the 'Payment & Subscription' tab in 'Settings'.
