What is the turnaround time when requesting a custom rate schedule?

Our turnaround policy for rate requests is 2 business days from the time all necessary information is received to get a rate added to our database. Typically, we can turn rates around faster than the allotted 2 business days, and we will always get back to you if we are waiting on anything that is preventing us from meeting the time frame.
