Why is the Utility or Rate I'm looking for not in the database?

We currently have over 100,000 global rate schedules and 2000 utilities available to our customers. Our utility rate database is 100% user-driven. So while we may have a utility listed, we may not have all rate schedules offered by the utility available. We add rates on a rate schedule basis, rather than a utility territory basis, as we don’t want to load (and maintain) a bunch of schedules that nobody uses. Also, if you come across a utility that has no rate schedules listed that is because only custom rates have been requested thus far.
