Does ETB build features that are requested by users?

Yes, we certainly do. Both our short-term and long-term product road-map is largely driven by user feedback and user-requested features. We give priority to feature requests that are requested by many user accounts on the platform. We absolutely want to hear your feature requests and feedback on the product (both good and bad).
