Can multiple users within my organization share the same single license of Energy Toolbase?

Each unique user within an organization should have their own user account, as per our User Agreement. To ensure this happens, we have controls to prevent concurrent logins from the same login credentials.

Furthermore, we require that all support requests come directly from current, active, named users on the account. Companies can increase the number of users on their ETB account by increasing their subscription via the 'Users & Payments' tab in 'Company Settings.'
