Rate Switch Savings
If the site has:
- A solar / battery billing rate, and
- An otherwise applicable rate (OAR)
You can set both in the Rate Schedule section so Monitor can calculate rate-switch savings accurately.
When to Contact the ETB Support
Reach out if:
- The customer's tariff is missing from the database
- The utility published a new rate revision not yet available in Monitor
- You want to update billing information for historic billing periods with an ETB Controller onsite.
