Tesla Partner Portal - Login, Navigation Details, & Useful Documentation
Login Information:
Prior to an account being created, a request must be sent to Tesla on your behalf via your ETB representative. Tesla will create an account for you and email you steps to login. Once Tesla has provided that information, navigate to this website to login with your credentials.
Navigation Details:
To locate the Tesla training for your Megapack 2XL installation, navigate to the left side of the page and select "Training Task" under the "Resources" drop down menu. All vendor documentation can be located by selecting "Documents & Videos", also under the "Resources" drop down menu.

Below is a list of documents that most projects require and can be found in the Partner Portal. When searching for the documentation in Tesla's Partner Portal, please be sure to search the name as shown in the list below. Please note, this is not an complete list of all Tesla documents. If additional documentation is required, first check the Partner Portal; if that is unsuccessful, reach out to your ETB representative for further guidance.

- Megapack 2XL Compliance Packet (shows all current certifications and has accompanying documentation)
- Megapack 2XL Fire Protection Engineering (FPE) Report
- Megapack 2XL System Specification
- Megapack 2XL Operation and Maintenance Manual
- Megapack 2XL Option Codes Quick Reference Guide (explains commonly used Tesla acronyms such as EC##, GT##, BB##, etc.)
