What documents should I upload for my Consulting Request?
When submitting a consulting request, providing accurate and detailed information helps ensure we can offer the best solutions for your project. Below is a guide to the preferred documents we recommend you upload based on the specifics of your project.
Utility Bills
- 12 Months’ Worth of Utility Bills: Upload 12 months of your most recent utility bills to give us a complete view of your energy usage.
- Supply Bills for Deregulated Markets: If your project is located in a deregulated market, your supply bills may be issued separately from your utility bills. It's crucial to upload these as well, as they allow us to accurately account for generation costs from your energy retailer.
Interval Data
- 15, 30, or 60-Minute Interval Data: Interval data helps us analyze your energy consumption patterns. If available, upload your interval data in 15, 30, or 60-minute formats.
New Constructions
For projects involving new construction where utility bills or interval data are not yet available, please provide:
- Expected Annual kWh Usage: Include estimates from the ECON-1 portion of Title 24 or other relevant sources.
- Details on Site Equipment and Load: Information about the type of load, equipment on-site, proxy load profiles, and building square footage will help us create accurate energy models.
- Elevation Drawings and Roof Plan: Upload elevation drawings and the roof plan of the building. These are necessary to assess the feasibility and design of energy solutions, especially for solar installations.
By providing these documents, you'll help our team expedite your request and ensure a more accurate proposal.
