Cancel Subscription

To cancel your subscription, click 'Payment & Subscription' located in the user dropdown on the top right side of the navigation bar. 

On the Payment & Subscription page, select 'Cancel my subscription'.

Your feedback is extremely important to us. Before you cancel, you will then be prompted to answer a few questions.

Once your survey is complete, your account will be set to cancel on your next billing date. You can still access your account up until that date.
