Creating a Web Catalog:
-
Add Documents: Begin by adding documents to each of the proposal designs you want to include in your web catalog. These documents can be tailored to your clients' needs and preferences.
-
Naming and Ordering: Assign names to the documents that will be displayed to your clients. Arrange them in the desired order to create a coherent narrative for your catalog.
-
Publishing: After arranging your documents, click the "Publish Catalog" button. This action compiles your selected designs into a single catalog.
Viewing Your Catalog:
-
Preview: To view your published catalog, click the "View Live Catalog" button. This will allow you to see how your catalog appears to your clients. While within the catalog, if you're logged into the ETB Developer platform, you have two session options. You can either view the catalog in incognito mode, which ensures your session is not recorded, or you can log your session by entering your information.
-
Sharing: To share the catalog with your clients, simply copy the provided link. When your clients access the link, they will be prompted to enter their name and optionally enter additional details such as their email and phone number.
Gaining Insights:
All interactions within the web catalog are logged in the catalog sessions table (if not in incognito mode). This feature enables you to gather valuable insights into which documents are drawing the most interest from your clients.
Customizing Web Catalogs:
In the Web Catalog section of the ETB Developer settings, you have the option to brand your catalogs to align with your business identity.
-
Color Customization: Modify the color of the top navigation bar to match your branding guidelines.
-
Logo Inclusion: Upload your company logo to appear in the top navigation bar. You can make this logo clickable by providing your website URL.
Web Catalogs in ETB Developer empower you to create compelling and informative presentations for your clients by seamlessly combining proposal designs. By following these steps and utilizing the customization options, you can enhance your client interactions and gain valuable insights into their preferences.
